DESCRIPTION:\nThu 6/18 @ 6:30-7:30PM\nSummer is the Cleveland Botanical Gar
 den’s peak session when everything is lush and in bloom\, and visitors c
 an fully enjoy its outdoor spaces.\nOne of the things they can enjoy each 
 summer is its monthly Gourmets at the Garden series\, featuring noted loca
 l chefs preparing a dish to sample with instructions on how to create it a
 t home. Its debut event will be hosted by Ben Bebenroth of Spice Catering 
 Co. Bebenroth also has Spice Acres\, a 13-acres farm in Cuyahoga Valley Na
 tion Park\, where he sources many of his ingredients. He’ll be making be
 etroot and tea-cured radish on top of fried sushi rice cakes with citrus a
 nd sesame. Sounds very summery!\nHosts of future Gourmets at the Garden ev
 enings are Bianca Beach from Llamacita Foods (July 9)\, Eric Wells from Sk
 ye LaRae’s (July 30) and Ryan Boone from Shooters (August 20).\nTickets
