DESCRIPTION:\nSat 5/30 @ 9:30AM\nSince 2010\, the Cleveland-based nonprofit
  Drink Local Drink Tap has been promoting access to clean water for drinki
 ng\, as well as cooking\, bathing and other uses. It works both locally in
  northeast Ohio\, where we often take this access for granted and its work
  focuses on maintaining the health of our water source\, Lake Erie\, throu
 gh events such as beach clean-ups\, and overseas in Uganda\, where people 
 often have to walk four miles to find clean water.\nIt was that situation 
 in Uganda that suggested the name for Drink Local Drink Tap’s annual ben
 efit\, 4 Miles 4 Water\, taking place this weekend for the 13th year. Supp
 orters are invited to come down to the East Bank of the Flats to take part
  in one of several options: a four-mile run or a one-mile walk along the b
 anks of the Cuyahoga River\, a youth fun dash\, and this year for the firs
 t time: plogging! In this inspired new event\, participants can walk or jo
 g while collecting trash\, a great idea we should all practice every day. 
 They’ll provide the supplies to collect trash to those taking part in th
 is event.\nThe event concludes at 11 with closing remarks and awards in ca
 tegories ranging from “largest team” and “largest individual fundrai
 ser” to “best water-themed costume” and “fluffiest pup” and ”m
 essiest drinker” dog awards. The drink garden\, where food and beverages
  are available for purchase\, closes and event ends at noon.\nAll ages are
  welcome\, as are baby strollers and leashed dogs in this extremely inclus
 ive event. (The youth fun dash is free.) They also offer virtual options i
 f you want to support their cause but can’t run or can’t be there in p
