DESCRIPTION: \n\nThu 10/2-Sun 10/12\nRobin VanLear’s work is widely know
 n in Cleveland. She was the founder of the Cleveland Museum of Art’s sig
 nature Parade the Circle festival\, working with teams of community artist
 s to create its signature giant puppets and other colorful outsized figure
 s. (She also created the Chalk Fest and Lantern fests during her tenure at
  CMA.)\nSince leaving CMA and starting her own independent creative practi
 ce\, her recognizable figures have enhanced events such as Tri-C JazzFest 
 and Cleveland Public Theatre’s Dia de Muertos. Last year\, VanLear was p
 art of CPT’s SoftLaunch performance/art festival to work on new presenta
 tions in development. As part of that program\, she devised Hallowed Owls 
 (…because everything begins and ends in winter)\, an interactive install
 ation that combines storytelling\, poetry\, voice\, instrumentals and danc
 e to reveal  the mysterious world of owls and the mythologies create arou
