 eries were still hoping of course\, with Kristen Cliffel's extraordinary c
 eramics show at William Busta Projects having its final night\, the work o
 f Pita Brooks down the hall at Maria Neil\, and photo-based work by Steven
  Mastroianni and ink drawing by Elisa Albrecht across the street at Waterl
 oo Arts. The Tower Stage outside Waterloo Arts was rocking to Joey Beltram
 's Good Morning Valentine and Guy Snowdon &amp\; the Gentleman\, while out
 side NuLife Fitness a mini-festival was going on featuring a soul band\, v
 endors and vegan food. And in the Blue Windmill garden\, a group of women
