DESCRIPTION:\nFri 2/13 @ 7-8:30PM\nThe 1927 silent film\, directed and co-w
 ritten by German director Fritz Lang\, wasn’t your typical silent film o
 f the era. The science fiction film drew on expressionist/futurist techniq
 ue to tell a complicated\, ambivalent story of the workers and the overlor
 ds in an urban dystopia. There’ve been several restorations including a 
 1984 version with a soundtrack created by Italian disco producer Giorgio M
 oroder.\nMETROPOLIS Reimagined takes that version and rescores it\, minus 
 tracks by Adam Ant\, Pat Benatar and (ugh) Loverboy\, with entirely new mu
 sic created collaboratively by the ten composers who comprise New York Cit
 y-based ICEBERG New Music. Pianist Jenny Lin and electronic artist Drake A
 nderson will perform the score to film the at Heights Arts\, in a program 
 presented by Cleveland’s No Exit No Music.\nLike all No Exit programs it
