DESCRIPTION:\nThrough June 27\nThe next show presented by Photo Cleveland\,
  an organization formed last year to bring photographers together and give
  them educational and exhibition opportunities\, is called Intentional Unc
 onventional: Experimental Photography and Video. It invites local artists 
 to submit images and film that “challenges mainstream imagery\, in favor
  of abstract concepts\, non-linear structures\, and unconventional techni
 ques.”\nThey share\, “We will only be accepting images that are non-tr
 aditional in their approach\, as well as ones where the creator ‘experim
 ented’ and thought outside of the box with their work. When we say non-t
 raditional\, we don’t speak in terms of subject matter\, but rather in t
 erms of the way the image was created. Not just a digital image that has b
 een edited heavily in Photoshop/postproduction. We are looking for an imag
 e that is experimental even before the edits start.”\nThe show opens Sat
 urday July 11 @ 6-9pm at the Brownhoist with a reception that features a l
 ive\, immersive audio-visual collaboration created by Ryan Kinney and Jim 
 Szudy. The show will be on view through July 31.\nSubmissions are being ac
