 ral new things to see this month at Walk All Over Waterloo in the Waterloo
  Arts District.\nOne of the must-sees will be the new show Blooming Tides 
 at Waterloo Arts\, curated by Davon Brantley\, whose star is rising rapidl
 y both as an artist and a curator. He says\, “This exhibition features B
 lack\, AAPI and Latinx Artists and is intended to explore the interconnect
 ion\, influence and/or impact of their cultures amongst each other through
  various media. This exhibition allows viewers to see the works from these
  three cultures inform\, influence and/or align in themes related to their
  experiences in life and their careers\, thus allowing for discourse on in
 direct and direct connections amongst marginalized groups\, exposing share
 d worlds despite difference and distance.”\nNine artists’ work will be
  included in the show: Nicole Alvarez\, Ashton Burton\, Liana Gonzalez\, Y
 asmeen Kwan\, Nick Lee\, Younghyeon Ryu-Hurst\, Sebastian Sosa\, Lauren Sy
 lvia and Jurnee Ta’Zion. It will be on view through July 18.\nAlso openi
 ng this month is a show of work by Frank Hadzima called Normal Paintings a
 t the Maria Neil Art Project Gallery. Frank Hadzima’s work is inspired b
 y anime and other similar characters\, using their stylized design and can
 dy colors to explore the impact of the internet.\nAnd with the weather war
 ming up\, live music returns to the outdoor Tower Stage with one of North
 east Ohio’s hottest bands\, Apostle Jones\, whose bluesy\, soul-influenc
 ed\, horn-driven rock &amp\; roll has been collecting fans in the area at 
 a rapid pace. The band just released its debut album 2nd Chances Don’t C
 ome Easy this past March. Also playing is local singer/songwriter/guitaris
 t/ producer/educator Taylor Lamborn. Music happens from 6:30-8:30pm.\n[map
