 Farm in Huron is one of northeast Ohio’s hidden treasures. The all-organ
 ic family-owned farm has the widest array of different herbs you’re like
 ly to find anywhere\, along with perennials\, “fairy” plants\, succule
 nts\, vegetable starters and gardening supplies. It’s on a sprawling pro
 perty with a meadow\, barn\, display garden and picnic shelter\, as well a
 s a new wine tasting room opened just last year by owners Karen and Mark L
 angan’s son Ben.\nEach year\, toward the end of the planting season\, Mu
 lberry Creek hosts a weekend festival known for years as the Herb Fest but
  now as the Mulberry Market\, to reflect its broadened scope. It still fea
 tures some three dozen vendors offering handmade items ranging from jewelr
 y to pasta to stationery to garden décor\, food (including Mitchell’s i
 ce cream) and drink\, and demos and talks in the pavilion. This year’s t
 heme is “Cocktail Gardening\,” so talks with teach you how to use herb
 s to make the perfect summer drink. At 12:30 each day Mark Langan will con
 duct at tour of the pollinator garden\, and at 2:30 each day Ben Langan wi
 ll lead a tour of his new Mulberry Creek winemaking facility.\nIt’s a gr
 eat day to get out in the country\, breathe some fresh air\, and hang out\
 , and …. let’s be honest — go home with a bunch of nice-smelling pla
 nts you didn’t intend to buy. (Many of them will be on sale!) Admission
