 ry for papermaking arts has an open house to show visitors all the opportu
 nities it offers artists and aspiring artists.\nThe all-ages\, family-frie
 ndly event provides lots of chances to get your hands wet — in some case
 s literally. You can learn how they make paper from scratch using bark fro
 m the kozo mulberry trees they grow in the back\, as well as book binding\
 , letterpress printing and marbling (where you can get wet!) There’ll be
  interactive demonstrations and you can make things to take home. And yes\
 , you’ll be able to tour the Sam Caraboolad Kozo Garden and learn why th
 ese trees are used for papermaking. (Come back in November and you can hel
 p with the harvest and bark stripping.) You can also see where they’re p
 repping to create their new Native Plant &amp\; Rain Garden and check out 
 the last day of their current juried exhibition for some inspiration to se
 e what you can aspire to if you sign up for the Morgan’s workshops and c
