 m has hosted its Stop the Hate essay contest for junior high and high scho
 ol students across northeast Ohio\, urging them to think about difference 
 and discrimination and ways they can personally act to fight back for just
 ice\, support inclusion\, and help people understand each other better. In
  recent years its Stop the Hate Youth Speak Out competition has been joine
 d by its Youth Sing Out contest\, where classes work with professional mus
 icians to write songs expressing similar ideas.\nThis year\, its 17th\, 3\
 ,638 students from 150 schools submitted essays\, poems and songs that the
 y wrote. Finalists were announced in March\, and now\, the Stop the Hate a
 wards ceremony\, taking place at Tri-C East’s Mandel Theatre\, will hono
