 ir describes itself as an “indie/art/pop band.” They’re pretty new o
 n the scene\, having been working together as an ensemble since 2023. Now 
 they’re releasing the result of their work with the physical release of 
 their debut album Hanging by a Thread\, which they’ll be presenting with
  a show at the Grog Shop.\nThey’ll be joined by “Southern gothic soul
 ” band Slow Groove Kings\, and the husband-wife band By Light We Loom\, 
 which was making waves in the area a decade ago but say they had hit a cre
 ative rut in 2024 and took a break. With Eric Ling and Shanna Delaney now 
 joined by Evan Storey and Jesse Scaggs\, the duo (which was formerly augme
 nted by electronic looping) has become a live quartet. They reworked the o
 ld music for the new format and debuted it last year\, and they plan to re
