 A good way to distract yourself from the bad things that will soon be happ
 ening in Washington D.C. is to focus on good things you can get engaged wi
 th here. And if you’ve got a passion for promoting urban infrastructure 
 that’s less dangerous and more accommodating to all types of people and 
 transportation\, not just cars\, this is a good time to check out the work
  of the nonprofit advocacy organization Bike Cleveland and think about bec
 oming part of their team.\nThey’re making it easy and welcoming. They’
 re hosting a series of free online training session on a variety of topics
 \, this week through the end of March. On Monday February 24\, they’ll a
 ddress using public data for transportation strategy\; on Tuesday March 4 
 tactical urbanism and street painting will be covered\; and on Monday Marc
 h 24\, they’ll conclude with a session explaining what NOACA\, the multi
 -country northeast Ohio planning group does.\nAll sessions are from 6-7:30
 pm. They’re free and open to all\, and you can sign up for as few or as
