 draws in influences from soul\, hip hop and other genres. He’s worked wi
 th artists such as Nas\, Common\, Mary J. Blige and Jay-Z\, and composed e
 xtensively for television and film\, making these influences feel organic.
  He’s also released three albums as a band leader\, including 2024’s F
 oreverland\, and serves as the artistic advisor for Jazz St. Louis\, where
  he’s from.\nHarrold will be performing at the Tri-C Metro campus Audito
 rium this week as part of the Tri-C Performing Arts Series. Tickets are av
