  and experimental\, there are a couple of reliable presenters in Cleveland
 . One is the Cleveland Uncommon Sound Project (CUSP) which presents a seri
 es of such concerts. Another is promoter New Ghosts\, which works with the
  BOP STOP.\nThis week\, New Ghosts is presenting a free jazz/improvisation
 al ensembled called the Surge Quarter. Its members include Chris Bré\, ga
 bby fluke-mogul\, Keefe Jackson and Fred Lonberg-Holm who collectively pla
 y tandem instrumentation of violincello\, saxophones and bass clarinets. L
 ike most such musicians\, they have lengthy resumes of collaboration with 
 other similarly minded musicians\, and performances across the U.S. and Eu
