 n the Lake\, which presents readings of classic radio plays\, is a classic
  radio play based on a classic film: Sunset Boulevard. Most people have at
  least some inkling of the story about the fading film star Norma Desmond\
 , descending into madness\, and how she lures a young screenwriter into a 
 relationship that ends badly. RotL will be performing Lux Radio Theatre’
 s 1951 adaptation and will include the vintage commercials for a complete 
 old-time radio experience. Close your eyes and imagine sitting with your f
 amily around that massive old radio\, where you’d close your eyes and vi
 sualize the story you were hearing — back before there was TV!\n\nThe gr
 oup will perform the piece at the Dunham Tavern Museum. The performance wi
 ll be followed by a discussion with the cast and crew so you can learn mor
