 Film Commission is celebrating Black History Month at the Cleveland Public
  Library’s downtown branch with its 4th Annual Film Forward Documentary 
 Spotlight.\nThis year it centers around the 2016 sports documentary Fast D
 reams\, which follows the career of Olympic gold medal track star Bianca K
 night\, sharing the dedication and hard work it takes to achieve what she 
 did.\nThe free event\, taking place over two days\, features a reception f
 rom 6-7pm Friday evening\, followed by an introduction from 7-7:15\, the s
 creening of the film at 7:15\, and a post-screening Q&amp\;A with the film
 ’s co-directors\, former track athlete and CWRU law school graduate Harr
 y Davis and producer/director/hip hop artist Alexander Tejeda\nOn Saturday
  from 10am-noon\, the filmmakers will host a documentary workshop. All the
