DESCRIPTION:\nSat 10/4-Sun 10/5\nFall fests are breaking out all over. A ho
 st of organizations are kicking off October by inviting visitors to celebr
 ate the bounty of the harvest season.\nDowntown Cleveland\, Inc. is sponso
 ring two Fall Fun Days\, one this Saturday at Voinovich Park and one on Sa
 turday October 18 at Public Square from 11am-2pm. Both events will offer s
 pecial treats\, pumpkin painting\, face painting\, balloon artistry\, bubb
 les and outdoor games\, the kids’ book bank\, live entertainment\, the C
 leveland Museum of Art Studio Go mobile art van with hands-on craft projec
 ts\, and well as food trucks. The events are free. Get more information he
 re.\nOut in Bath\, the Crown Point Ecology Center\, in partnership with Fa
 rming with Friends\, is hosting its first Fun on the Farm – Fall Harvest
  Festival\, a free event for people of all abilities\, taking place Saturd
 ay October 4 from 10am-4pm. This family-friendly event will feature local 
 food and drink vendors\, as well as activities such as hayrides\, a pettin
 g zoo\, cornhole\, ring toss\, horseshoes\, an inflatable gaga pit and bub
 ble tron. In addition\, visitors can tour Crown Point’s organic farm and

 \nAlso in Bath\, Hale Farm &amp\; Village\, the reconstructed 19th century
  Ohio pioneer village\, is again holding its Harvest Festival on Saturday 
 October 4 and Sunday October 5\, as well as Saturday October 12 and Sunday
  October 12\, from 10am-4pm. In addition to the usual demonstrations of pi
 oneer crafts and stories about the lives of early settlers\, visitors will
  learn more about how they brought in the harvest and preserved it for the
  winter. There’ll be wagon rides\, historic cooking demonstrations\, per
 formances by Cleveland poet Ray McNiece as Johnny Appleseed\, seasonal gam
 es and other activities\, and the MarketPlace featuring Ohio-made items. S

 t the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes\, taking place Saturday October 4 at 3
 -7pm\, has a “Fairytales in the Forest” theme\, with magic-related act
 ivities: decorating a magic pumpkin\, climbing an enchanted beanstalk\, ta
 king an eerie evening hike\, making a magic wand\, roasting s’mores over
  a “fire-breathing dragon pit” and turning into a fairytale creature t
 hrough face painting. Wear your Halloween costume — it’s not just for 
 one day anymore. And there’s a costume parade at 4:30pm.Food will be ava
 ilable at food trucks and alcoholic drinks will be available for the grown

 tly different and somewhat less family-friendly vein\, Main Street Kent’
 s annual Kent Oktoberfest takes place on Saturday\, October 4 from noon to
  8pm in downtown Kent This one will be heavy on the brews and the German f
 ood\, although other types of food will also be available from local resta
 urants and cafes set up on the street. There’ll also be live bands perfo
 rming\, both pop and polka\, as well as multiple performances by the Germa
 n Family Society Youth Group dancers. And there will be a pair of stein-ho
