 er/filmmaker Robert Banks has done some “straight” photography and doc
 umentaries\, but he’s well known in the underground film world for his e
 xperimental\, abstract film work\, which has been shown internationally.\n
 \nBanks and his work will be the centerpiece of an event taking place at t
 he Cleveland Public Library’s MLK branch at University Circle. He’ll s
 it for a conversation with an equally noted Cleveland-based multimedia art
 ist Georgio Sabino III. The program\, titled Jazzed About Photography\, wi
 ll also feature a live performance by local smooth jazz ensemble Horns and
  Things\, a show of work by student photographers and tributes to the late
  Congressman Louis Stokes.\n\nThe program is free\, but registration is re
