 ly upped its game in recent years\, reminding people in this area of the m
 any social\, cultural\, artistic and culinary treasures Slovenians brought
  to the region over the last nearly 150 years. We’re all looking forward
  to its 14th annual Kurentovanje festival on February 14\, but you don’t
  have to wait that long to get a taste of Slovenian culture.\n\n\n\nThis w
 eek\, the Slovenian National Home will be hosting the European Craft Beer 
 Festival &amp\; Slovenian Beer Hall\, to benefit its various cultural acti
 vities. More than a dozen local craft breweries (not all of them Slovenian
 !) will be offering four-ounce sample pours and 16-ounce pints\, with Slov
 enian sausage\, bratwurst and pierogi available in the kitchen and the bar
  will offer wine\, Slivovitz\, seltzers and soft drinks. Onstage in the ba
 llroom\, the Fešta Bend and North Coast Prost will be filling the ample d
 ance floor with lively ethnic tunes.\n\n\n\nTickets are $10 at the door\, 
 with food and drink ala carte\, with a $45 tasting ticket including admiss
 ion and 20 four-ounce pours. Participating breweries include Bookhouse Bre
