 vic Village is one of the city’s most beautiful and ornate churches\, ho
 me to a Polish Catholic congregation since 1891. And you can check it out 
 this weekend when the church holds its 35th annual Polish Festival with ch
 urch tours part of the daily schedule.\nAs usual with church ethnic festiv
 als\, food is one of the biggest draws. It will be served from 5-9pm Frida
 y\, 4-9pm Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday. But there’s plenty else to do. I
 n addition to the church tours there are games of chance\, vendors\, and a
  salute to veterans each day\, a polka dance contest and music by the New 
 Brass Express Friday\; a grand mass at 5pm Saturday and music by Pan Fanek
  &amp\; the Polktowners afterwards\; and masses on Sunday in both Polish a
 nd English. followed by a performance by the Piast Polish Dancers and musi
 c by the Polka Family. There’s also a beer garden for the adults and the
 y’re making a big deal out of the fact that they have a new elevator!!!
