 ght won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for her play Cost of Living. It
 ’s among many awards she’s won for her playwriting. Her play Sanctuary
  City debuted Off-Broadway in 2020 for a short run before it was shut down
  by COVID. The play’s protagonists are a pair of teens. DREAMERS who cam
 e to the U.S. as children\, one newly naturalized\, the other undocumented
 \, and their idea to get married to protect the latter.\nThe story takes p
 lace in the early 2000s when the idea of protecting and legalizing DREAMER
 S was gaining momentum\, now dead\, making the play’s scenario take on e
 ver more urgency.  As a result\, when the play has its Cleveland premiere
  at Dobama Theatre this week\, directed by Nathan Motta\, it should have e
