  Cultural Arts and the downtown businesses will be co-hosting the 21stannu
 al “Make Mine with Ice” ice carving exhibition. There ice artist Mitch
  Schrader will demonstrate the creative things that can be done with this 
 very temporary medium. And it should be really temporary this year with  
 the weather forecasting temperatures in the mid 60s and rain!\nIt takes pl
 ace at Hometown Bank Plaza on the corner of Main Street and North Water St
