DESCRIPTION:\nTue 4/15 @ 7:30PM\nTuesday may not feel like the most freewhe
 eling day of the week\, but if you come down to the BOP STOP — and bring
  your instrument or anything that creates sound — it can be. On the thir
 d Tuesday of each month\, the club hosts Outlab: Experiments in Improvised
  Music. Musicians and would-be musicians of all skill levels with a sense 
 of sonic adventurousness are invited to participate (or just come and list
 en it you prefer). A drum kit and keyboards are procived\; bring your amps
  if you need them.\nSo what exactly is it about? They say\, “Instead of 
 ‘rules’ that might pre-empt or short-circuit such explorations\, we of
 fer the following guidelines: 1) to direct our explorations along the most
  productive and positive lines\, and 2) to engage the widest possible vari
 ety of individuals from Greater Cleveland's rich and diverse music scenes.
