DESCRIPTION:\n\nFri 5/2 @ 6-10PM\nOn the first Friday of each month\, peopl
 e pack the Cleveland Museum of Art Ames Family Atrium for its MIX dance pa
 rty (avoid MLK Drive off Euclid and take East 105th instead!) Each month h
 as a different theme\, and this month’s “Ampify” honors Asian Americ
 an and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.\nA whole array of that community
 ’s talents will be on display\, co-curated and co-host Zosimo Maximo and
  APT345 Productions (described as “a content\, event and curation studio
  creating elevated experiences in entertainment\, wellness\, art and activ
 ism.) There will be a house music DJ set by Andre Leone\, a pop-oriented s
 et by DJ PikaChieu (pictured)\, a Bollywood DJ set with DJ Sobe and the In
 dian Student Organization at Cleveland State University\, and a closing ho
 use music set by Maximo. LingYun Rising Star Gymnastics Dance School and S
 tellar Acrobatic Dance Academy will perform live and Fashion Talks will pr
 esent some looks. The designer of the PONO by Joan Goodman jewelry line wi
 ll be in the museum shop with the latest group of pieces. And\, as usual\,
  the food and drinks available for purchase will be themed to the evening.
