 e Deadly\, fronted by songwriter/vocalist/guitarist Jen Poland\, is gettin
 g ready for its next chapter\, as it released its new full-length recordin
 g Ship of Theseus\, on vinyl and streaming on digital platforms this weeke
 nd.\nThe band says that the album “asks a dangerous question: if you rep
 lace every piece of yourself\, are you still the same band?” They say\, 
 “This limited edition vinyl draws inspiration from the philosophical par
 adox of identity and transformation\, explores evolution\, fracture\, and 
 self-reconstruction through driving guitars\, groovy bass\, haunting harmo
 nies\, humor\, cinematic textures\, and emotionally direct songwriting.”
 \nPoland engineered and mixed the record at Ohio Unviersity where she teac
 hes sound recording. She says that the recording is “a sound that I was 
 able to sculpt from inception to completion at every step of this creation
 \, which is both an exciting and super vulnerable feeling to put yourself 
 out there on every level of your artistry.”\nThe band also created a vid
