 s residents and patrons today wouldn’t recognize. And CPT was ground zer
 o for that change\, driving the evolution of Detroit-Shoreway’s Gordon S
 quare into the vibrant neighborhood it is today.\nCPT itself has grown\, p
 lanting its flag in multiple historic buildings in the area\, and now it h
 as plans to expand again. It’s making multi-million dollar renovations t
 o the historic Romanian church on its property and well as to its core the
 ater space. If you’re intrigued to see what they’re doing\, they’re 
 offering free tours called “Open Home\, Open House: A Tour of Existing a
 nd Future Buildings\,” with key players\, including CPT’s executive ar
