 always features some of the best and most diverse local acts available\, p
 erforming for free on the front steps of the downtown branch of the Lakewo
 od Public Library on Detroit Avenue.\nThe final concert to take place at t
 he library (they have two more at the Madison Park Pavilion) epitomizes on
 e type of community diversity. The Cleveland Pride Band features amateur m
 usicians of all skill levels from the LGBTQ+ community (which in Lakewood 
 is very large) and allies: all are welcome to join this happy crew\, which
  began life as the Blazing River Freedom Band back in 2003 and became a re
 gular participant in Pride parades. It rebranded in 2023 as the Cleveland 
 Pride Band and since then\, has been performing more concerts as well. Exp
 ect to hear exhilarating\, uplifting and familiar tunes when this group (w
 hich can max out at 100 musicians) crowds onto the front steps of the libr
