 till looking mild and pleasant\, so don’t waste any time taking in the m
 onthly Walk All Over Waterloo art walk in the Waterloo Arts District\, now
  voted Ohio’s favorite arts district. Stroll the three blocks filled wit
 h galleries\, restaurants and music venues\, and be sure to stop at the To
 wer Stage on the corner of Waterloo and East 152nd to catch free live musi
 c by two outstanding local acts\, Black Voltron and Wave Rowanne. Black Vo
 ltron is a musical collective blending soul\, disco\, world music\, jazz a
 nd hip hop\, led by Robin “Hyperius Blake” who won a Cleveland Arts Pr
 ize Verge award for emerging artists earlier this year\, while Wave Rowann
 e’s electronic dance pop is a combination of producer/trumpeter Wave Mag
 netik and vocalist Rowanne Atallah.\n\nPainter Tim Callaghan is from the n
 eighborhood and he has a show of new works called Baroque Down Horizon tha
 t recently opened at William Busta Projects\, showcasing his distinctive s
 tyle of depicting ordinary local streetscapes that are both highly realist
 ic and oddly idealized.\n\nWaterloo Arts will be opening at new show featu
 ring textile work by Adjin Kulic with an artist talk at 7pm.\n\nGalleries 
 such as Article and Praxis Fiber Workshop also have shows worth checking o
 ut\, with Char Norman’s lovely Nature Bound assemblages still on view at
  Praxis and sculptures by Tom Schemrich and Giancarlo Calicchia at Article
 .\n\nAnd in recent months Nu Life Fitness has had its own little mini-fest
 ival going on in front of its facility with bands\, maker vendors and food
