 sized taste of a top local chef’s creations and learn from them how they
  were made with local ingredients.\nThe series ends this week with the tir
 eless chef/entrepreneurs Ben Bebenroth who founded his Spice Catering Co. 
 in 2004. It morphed into his beloved Spice Kitchen restaurant in the Gordo
 n Square neighborhood (now closed) as he expanded into event planning and 
 founded Spice Acres\, a 13-acre farm located in Cuyahoga Valley National P
 ark and his nonprofit Spice Field Kitchen. All of this enables him to expe
 riment with new dishes and new local ingredients\, so the evening is sure
