 nThe 16th annual Pagan Pride celebration\, taking place on the square in d
 owntown Bedford\, is a three-day meeting of those who practice or are inte
 rested in alternative spiritualities. All open-minded people are welcome!\
 nIf you go\, you can take in music and dance performances\, drum circles\,
  workshops and vendors offering herbs\, candles\, clothing and other “ne
 w age” type items.\nLong-running local trio Primal Rhythm launches the w
 eekend with a drum circle at 5:30 Friday evening. The Crooked River Crones
  Twisted Witches return with their Broom Dance at 7. Oberon Zell kicks thi
 ngs off at noon on Saturday followed by singer/songwriter Erin Kapferer (w
 ho goes by the stage name of “Noon”!) at 12:30. Throughout the day per
 formers such as the Tribe Ostara Tribal Dance\, fingerstyle acoustic guita
 rist Brian Henke\, Cowboy Princess Bridge\, Primal Rhythm\, Dust Bowl Faer
 ies\, and Frenchy and the Punk keep the stage hopping until 10pm.\nOberon 
 Zell again hosts the opening ceremony at noon on Sunday\, followed by Prim
 al Rhythm leading a drum circle from 12:3-1:30\, the Dust Bowl Faeries\, S
 huvani Dance\, the Crooked River Crones Crowning of the Crones\, Frenchy a
 nd the Punk\, Cowboy Princess Brigade and a farewell closing at 6 by Obero
 n Zell.\nSaturday and Sunday workshops cover topics such as Introduction t
 o Druidry\, Introduction to Wicca\, Druidic Blessing Rite\, Green Divinati
 on\, Endangered Traditions\, Witchcraft for the Disabled\, and Harnessing 
 the Power of Symbols. More than two dozen vendors will be offering things 
 such as candles\, incense and perfumes\, body products\, baked goods\, clo
 thing\, crystals\, jewelry and spiritual art\, as well as tarot and psychi
