 eck Center for the Arts is hosting its annual Cultural Heritage Exhibition
 \, an exhibit showcasing work by visual artists who are inspired by cultur
 e\, lifestyle or heritage. The year\, it features the work of two Clevelan
 d-area artists: Tracey Lind and Danté Rodriguez.\nLind was the dean of Tr
 inity Cathedral in downtown Cleveland for two decades before retiring in 2
 017. During that time she became known as one of Northeast Ohio’s strong
 est voices for human rights\, social and environmental justice\, and progr
 essive Christianity  that embodied the teachings of Jesus Christ centerin
 g diversity\, equality and inclusive. She also had a passion for photograp
 hy and her work\, infused by her passion for justice\, was widely exhibite
 d.\nRodriguez is a muralist\, painter and digital artist\, who is currentl
 y outreach manager for the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Community Arts Cent
 er at the Pivot Center. His work is inspired by his personal family histor
 y and his cultural roots. At Beck he’ll be showing pixel artworks featur
 ing stickers on gypsum board that combine retro-gaming nostalgia with pers
 onal memory.\nThere will be a free reception for each artist during the sh
 ow’s run. Lind’s reception is on Friday October 3 from 6-7:30pm\, with
  an informal artist talk at 6:45. Rodriguez’s will be on Friday October 
 24 from 6-7:30pm.\n The show is on view through October 31\; it’s free
