DESCRIPTION:\nFri 4/17-Sat 4/18\nOnce again\, the beloved music of J.S. Bac
 h will echo across the Baldwin Wallace University campus as BW once again 
 presents its annual Bach Festival\, with many pieces never before performe
 d at the Bach Festival. Performers include faculty\, alumni and guest arti
 sts.\nThe festival opens on Friday evening at 7pm with its “Concerto Cou
 ntdown\,” featuring Bach’s concerti for multiple—two\, three and fou
 r—harpsichords.  Vocal ensemble Ampersand will present music between co
 ncerti drawn from the holdings of the Riemenschneider Bach Institute\, som
 e of which may not have been performed since its debut more than 300 years
  ago.\nOn Saturday at 1:30pm\, there’ll be an organ studio performance\,
  followed at 2pm by FENCES: Music of J.S. Bach\, Arvo Pärt\, Johannes Bra
 hms\, and Urmas Sisask\, exploring the technical boundaries composers impo
 sed upon themselves\, both in Lindsay-Crossman Chapel.\nThe family-friendl
 y Festival Brass concert takes place at 6:15pm at the Marting Hall Lawn &a
 mp\; Tower. At 7pm\, the festival concludes with J.S. Bach’s Mass in G M
 inor &amp\; Magnificat at Gamble Auditorium\, featuring the BW Motet Choir
