 e Art &amp\; Craft Shows in 2011\, and these maker-based events have becom
 e mainstays in the region\, primarily in affluent suburbs\, expanding as f
 ar as Columbus and Cincinnati. One of the largest is the Rocky River Sprin
 g Avant-Garde show\, taking place this weekend.\nThe one-day show will fea
 ture more than 50 local vendors\, with handcrafted items such as jewelry\,
  wearable art and home décor\, fine art\, and artisanal foods. It’s a g
 reat place to meet makers and neighbors. A portion of the $3 admission pro
 ceeds will benefit Wigs for Kids. It takes place at Rocky River Memorial H
