DESCRIPTION:\nSat 7/18-Sun 7/19 @ noon-9PM\nFor more than four decades\, th
 e Akron African American Cultural Association has been presenting its annu
 al African American Culttural festival\, in recent years downtown at Akron
 ’s Lock 3 next door to the Akron Civic Theatre.\nIt’s back there this 
 weekend\, with two days packed with vendors\, entertainment\, a chess tour
 nament\, health &amp\; wellness screenings and even free haircuts.\nSaturd
 ay from 12:30-4pm is Youth Day\, with activities such as a youth games com
 petition\, youth workout training\, and line dancing. From 5-9pm there’s
  music from New Hope Baptist Church\, Okomidu Rhythm of Love\, Unit Band a
 nd Hubb’s Groove. On Sunday from 5-9pm Djapo Cultural Arts\, Akron Unite
 d We Funk and the Zapp Band perform.\nAdmission is free.\nafrican-american
