 ue not only offers people the chance to adopt homeless cat\, dogs and othe
 r small animals\, it also provides a variety of services to improve and su
 pport the lives of those animals including medical care\, spay/neuter\, in
 vestigating reports of animal neglect and cruelty\, and a trap/neuter/retu
 rn program for feral cats. And it’s entirely privately funded.\n\n\n\nTh
 at’s why it has events such as its annual Fur Ball Gala\, taking place a
 t the InterContinental Hotel Cleveland on Saturday November 1\, which supp
 orters can attend in person or virtually. This year’s theme is “Shake\
 , Rattle &amp\; Roll Over.”\n\n\n\nThose who attend in person get to enj
 oy gourmet food stations\, signature drinks\, raffles\, live and silent au
 ctions\, and an appearance by the VIP: Very Important Pooch. Virtual guest
 s can bid on both live and silence auctions and watch the program online.\
