Fly Fishing Films at Cleveland Museum of Natural History Look at Nature, Sport and Conservation

Sat 3/2 @ 7-10PM

The Cleveland Museum of Natural History once again presents the Fly Fishing Film Tour, where you can enjoy the excitement of — watching people fish!

It’s actually more fun than you’d think and commentators don’t have to whisper like they do in golf. The scenery is stunning and even if fly fishing isn’t your thing, you can travel vicariously to some gorgeous remote locations. And many of the films have an environmental slant as those who fish the rivers in the wilderness have a stake in preserving those prime fishing spots.

While the films start at 7, you’ll want to get there early for a cocktail reception featuring a cash bar, appetizers , exhibitors from the fly fishing community and chances to win prizes including fishing gear.

Tickets are $30; proceeds benefit the CMNH Trout Club’s fisheries conservation and education programs.
