Virtual Cooking Class Shows You How to Have “Fun With Fish”

Mon 5/24 @ 7PM

Ravenna native Rick Bennett is the executive chef at Sapphire Creek Winery & Gardens I Chagrin Falls, where he landed after attending the Northeast Ohio Culinary Institute, working for a time at Oceanaire Seafood Room in Baltimore, and then coming back home to work for Brandt Evans at Blue Canyon and Michael Symon at Lola Bistro.

He’ll be sharing some of tips he’s gleaned over the ears about having “fun with fish,” as part of a live virtual cooking demonstration for the Hudson Library & Historical Society. He’ll show viewers how to cook different types of fish and create tasty dishes with them.

The Zoom program is free but registration is required. Go here to register. You’ll receive the Zoom link shortly before the program starts. And if you can’t make it, don’t worry. The program is being recorded and will be posted on the Hudson Library’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
