Kids Can Channel Their Inner Sherlock Holmes at the Hudson Library

Mon 6/25-Sat 6/30

Come to the Hudson Library & Historical Society to learn more about Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, who created the most memorable mystery stories ever with his tales of the detective Sherlock Holmes.

All week there’ll be drop-in activities in the children’s room such as coloring sheets, fingerprinting kits and a Sherlock Holmes selfie station.

Then on Fri 6/29 @9:30am, local actor Neil Thackaberry will assume the character of Holmes to talk about one of his most famous cases, The Hound of the Baskervilles. The interactive presentation for grades 3-5 will involve kids being given clues to solve a crime. Registration is required for this program.

On Sat 6/30 @ 2pm, MadScience of Northeast Ohio brings its interactive forensic science program to the library in a presentation for all ages. Registration is required.

Go to hudsonlibrary or call (330) 653-6658 x1010 for information and to register for events.
