Breakfast With Scientists at Cleveland Museum of Natural History Invites Girls to Meet Women on Staff

Sat 2/23 @ 9-11AM

If you took you daughter to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History’s recent Women in Science Day and she got all fired up, consider getting her a ticket to Breakfast With Scientists, an event for 6th to 12th grade girls. It’s an opportunity for these young women to have informal, serious conversations with female scientists on the CMNH staff and ask questions about their experiences in education, job seeking, research and more.

Scientists participating include Denise Su, Nicole Burt, Nicole Gunter, Courtney Brennan, Amanda McGee, Roberta Muehlheim and Meghan Strong who represent such scientific fields as paleobotany & paleoecology, human health & evolutionary medicine, entomology, ornithology, vertebrate zoology and archaeology.

Tickets are $25 per student. Parents are welcome to wait in the museum café where there will be complimentary coffee and tea.
