The nonprofit Cleveland Blues Society works to support the many blues bands and musicians who have been slogging away, many of them for multiple decades, performing this legacy genre in area clubs and bars. It brings them together with events such as special concerts and its annual Blues Cruise.
It also hosts free monthly jam sessions where musicians can hang out with their friends and get together to play some of the old tuns they all love. This month it’s at the Beachland Tavern on Monday December 8. All are welcome, to perform or listen. Get more information about the Cleveland Blues Society here.
