Fri 11/21 @ 8PM
Yeah, it’s pretty clear that summer is over and winter is on the way whether we like it or not. We daylight savings fans (yay!) are especially disgruntled by the coming of the longest night, just a month away.
But here’s something that can lift your mood and spread a little summery vibe: Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band are playing at the Beachland Ballroom. It’s hard not to feel uplifted when the popular rock ‘n’ reggae band hits the stage with its all-embracing, welcoming sound. It’s why the band is one of the most popular attractions on summer concert series such as Wade Oval Wednesdays, and they’ll bring some of that “get up and dance” attitude to the Beachland. You may run into some people blowing bubbles or waving Jamaican flags. Don’t fight it; join in.
Cleveland’s eclectic, jammy funk/ska/blues rock ensemble Rubix Groove will get things going with an opening set. Get tickets here.
