The folks behind long-running Lyrical Rhythms open mic series, which takes place every Tuesday night at the B-Side Lounge in Coventry Village, are moving upstairs to the Grog Shop to present a special event they’re calling “An Elegant Evening of Artistry” to celebrate its 19 years of presenting art, music, poetry and comedy.
It’s got a full roster of performers including EJ Animal, Reagan Gray, Gwen Maul, Dre Wlton, B. Landrum, Tiana Marie Abdullah, Dion Davis and Ken Bell, among others, with special guest, former Cleveland city councilman and mayoral candidate Basheer Jones. There’ll also be vendors, food and drink specials. Dress to impress!
