After a decade, the Cleveland Print Room is moving on from its space on the ground flood of the Artcraft Building on Superior. While the building has emptied out following word that it was going to be repurposed (it’s going to become Cleveland central police headquarters), CPR has been looking for its own, larger space for a couple of years and now is in the process of buying its own building nearby.
It celebrated the opening of its last show, its members show, with an all-day party that attracted more than 500 supporters over a 12-hour day that included food, drink and music by local duo The Katy as well as a DJ. It was a great time to see old friends and meet new people in the photography community and look forward to the new space, most likely by the end of this year.
