The Prosperity Artists sale has been going on for 33 years, featuring local handcrafted items by area artists and makers, including such well-known artists as mixed-media artist Joan Deveney and Nina Huryn, known for her detailed paintings of skeletons and skulls on leather and fabric items. The event features woodworkers, glass artists, fiber artists and ceramics, as well as retro Christmas décor by Kristen Tolchinski, jams, rubs and spices from Blistering Pig Farm, and soaps (and pet pillows!) from Images in Bloom.
There’ll be eats and drinks available too and Vegas-style duo Rick and Sharona will be providing entertainment. The event takes place at Prosperity Jewel in AsiaTown at 1814 E. 40th, fifth floor (enter on Kelley).
