Meet the Peer Show Winners at the Cleveland Print Room

Sat 10/8 @11AM-3PM

The Cleveland Print room regularly hosts its national juried exhibition, the Peer Show, which as of 2020 began accepting artwork in media other than photography.

Now the CPR is hosting its Peer Show Winners Exhibition, featuring work of the three winners of the 2021 Peer Show: Akron-based photographer/filmmaker/multi-media artist Ilenia Pezzaniti; St. Louis-based Jeremy Underwood, whose work addresses environmental issues; and Fort Wayne photographer Cara Lee Wade, who works in digital, analog and alternative processes, as well as with primitive cameras.  CPR’s press release tells us, “Through three individual series, the artists explore identity, legacy, and the human impact on the environment through materiality. Objects, landscapes, and the photographs themselves embody the feelings, memories, and actions that form and inform them.”

The show opened October 1 and will be on view through October 22. The artist reception is Saturday October 8 @ 11am-3pm.
