The Akron Civic Theatre is giving people the change to enjoy both local craft beer and artisan pies of all types, from pizza to fruit to savory, at the Pints & Pies Craft Beer and Pizza Festival. It’s an expansion of the Akron Craft Beer Festival, adding even more incentive to go.
There’ll be special, unique beers such as Lock 15 Brewing’s Civic Nights Hard Seltzer and Fred Karm’s Hoppin’ Frog Brewery’s Steve’s Stetzweizen Bavarian Style. In all there’ll be about 100 beers of all varieties to taste at stations throughout the venue. And all will be paired with pies made by local chefs and bakers.
Tickets are $40; designated drivers are $35. It’s a 21 and over event. Go here for tickets.
