Cleveland author Abby L. Vandiver aka Abby Collette says that she’s so enamored of mysteries that “whatever I write, I put a little mystery into it.”
Like many mystery writers, she writes series, because readers like to get to know the protagonist(s) of these books and learn how their deductive process works.
She’s her Ice Cream Parlor mysteries series, with titles such as A Game of Cones and A Deadly Inside Scoop, and her Logan Dickerson mysteries. Now she’s diving into a new mysteries series, Books & Biscuits, with the first the first volume, Body and Soul Food. This series revolves around a set of long-separated twins who find each other and decide to open a bookstore and soul food café in a small town. But when a murder strikes close to home, the twins find themselves with another task at hand: finding the killer.
