Beck Center Presents Family-Friendly “Elf the Musical”

Fri 12/3-Sun 1/2/2022

You’ve got plenty of time to catch the new holiday show at the Beck Center, which will be running through January 2, giving you something to do if the kids get restless over winter break.

The 2010 show Elf the Musical is based on the 2003 holiday film Elf, which tells the story of an orphan who accidentally ends up at the North Pole and is raised to be an elf. Eventually he goes in search of his real family in New York where he finds a lack of holiday spirit and must teach them (groan) “the true meaning of Christmas.” (The publisher’s description actually says that.) Add music and you’ve got a lively family show.

It runs Friday & Saturday @ 7:30pm and Sunday @ 2:30pm in the Beck’s Senney Theater. There are also additional Wednesday and Thursday performances over the holidays. Tickets are $10-$24. Get them here.
