Yet another performance group is returning to the stage after more than a year and a half of absence: Burlesco at the 9, produced by Cleveland Burlesque. It’s an interactive show in the Alex Theater at the downtown Metropolitan at The 9 Hotel downtown that recreates the glamour and ribald fun of Cleveland’s old Roxy burlesque house, which was located just blocks away.
Cleveland Burlesque’s founder and the area’s most prominent burlesque performer, Bella Sin, will be onstage along with some of her vast network of fellow performers. But this show will look a little different than the ones that took place previously: it will feature a mix of live performances and pre-recorded performances on a big screen.
This one can get a little raunchy so it’s 21 and over. General admission is $20, preferred seating is $25. Doors open at 7:30 and the show starts at 8.
