Shop Dozens of Local Makers Outdoors at the August Peninsula Flea

Sat 8/7 @ 10AM-4PM

One of the few markets to soldier on last summer, the Peninsula Flea is fortunate enough to take place on the expansive property of Heritage Farms where spreading out vendors and social distancing is easy.

The upscale market, which offers handmade, repurposed, collectible and vintage items from regional artists, craftspeople and collectors, happens on the first Saturday of each month. There’s a different mix of around 65 vendors each market, virtually all offering unique items, spread out in several areas: barn, barnyard, field and driveways. And at least 30% are different at each market.

There are also plenty of edible offerings, including food trucks, so you can make a day of it. And from 11am-1pm, singer/songwriter Taylor Lamborn will be offering some tunes to shop by.

Both the event, which takes place rain or shine, and parking are free. Find more info and a list of this week’s vendors at heritagefarms.com/peninsula-flea.
